There is no graphic mating on the boards. Doing so will result in the temporary suspention of the partaking members.
To "mate" post both wolves characters and their rankings in the mating board. An admin will either accept or decline. If it is accepted, then the female wolf is now pregnant.
Pregnant wolves cannot hunt.
A wolf is pregnant for two weeks. Afterwards, the pregnant wolf must have a birthing den, if not, then the puppes will die of exposure.
The pregnant wolf will have a week of liway to post in the den. (The pregnant wolf controls who is allowed in her den.) Once she has posted, I will post how many puppies are born.
Birth defects and deaths do happen. Depending on what season it is, there will be more or less puppies. The health of the puppies also depend on the health of the mother.
The puppies cannot leave the den until three weeks have gone by. When they can come out, they must still be cared for by the mother and the other members of the pack. They must also be role played by someone.
If a pack cannot find someone to role play a puppy, then they can post the puppy in the "Adoption" board. Mind you this is not the place where stray puppies go to find parents, this is more of a place to find someone to RP the pup.
It is advised not to leave young pups alone. Something might come by and kill them if they are.
Wolves do mate for life. So please keep that in mind when searching for a mate. Make sure that you like the person enough to be stuck with them till either your wolf, or their wolf dies.
Mates must be in the same pack, but they don't have to be of the same rank.
You MUST have an alpha's permission to mate.
That's all I have for now. If you have any questions, please send me a pm. Thanks.
